This collection of
short plays features a hilarious mix of mature themes and immature
behavior. With tasty roles for both women and men,
SINFULLY RICH
can be performed by as few as six actors (3 m., 3 w.) or as many as 26 (7
m., 13 w., 6 either).

FOUR EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE WOMEN SITTING AROUND
FANTASIZING ABOUT RICH ORLOFF
- A comedy for four women and one literary libido. Produced in short
play festivals from coast to coast, The Ann Arbor News called it
a “comic gem”. The Chelsea Standard wrote, “The star play of the
evening. The play is even funnier than its title.” (4 w., or 3 w. and one guy in drag.)
JUST ONE OF THOSE THINGS
– A male job applicant hopes to impress a female executive, but his
thing keeps distracting her. (2 m., 2 w.)
THE VERY FIRST TIME
– A monologue in which one man remembers how he learned to love himself
and had many happy endings. (1 m.)

– When a lawyer asks a high school student about his crime-inducing cookie, his
parents crumble. Finalist, 2001 Actors Theatre of Louisville Ten-Minute

FOUR EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE WOMEN LOUNGING AROUND A
POOL FANTASIZING ABOUT RICH ORLOFF (THE SWIMSUIT EDITION)
– By popular demand, the only short play sequel Rich has ever written, a
hit at New York’s Red Light Nights festival. (4 w., or 3 w. and one guy
in drag.)
THE SHEEP, or MUCH ADO ABOUT MUTTON
- When an outraged wife learns of her husband’s affair, he tries to pull
the wool over her eyes. (1 m., 1 w.)
FOUR SHRINKS ON COFFEE BREAK
- A comedy about four therapists and one paranoid imagination, exposing
what therapists actually say and think about their patients. (4 either)
GRATUITOUS NUDITY
– As a very, very naked couple prepare for bed, they take a
moment to comfort their adorable but unusual child. (1 m., 1 w., 1
both)
